Rock Solid Floors world headquarters is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company was founded in 2007, with the mission statement to provide a true one day do-it-your-self polyurea flooringsystem.

Rock Solid Floors is an affiliate company of Citadel Floor Finishing Systems. Citadel Floor Finishing Systems is the leader in one-day polyurea floor installations. Citadel Floor Finishing Systems history reaches back 38 years, starting with waterproofing solutions and concrete restoration, evolving into to polyurea floor coatings. Citadel Floor Finishing Systems is widely known for their polyurea floor coating installations in nuclear power plants to 40,000 square foot manufacturing plants. With the combined experience’s Rock Solid Floors has over 80 years in the coating industry.

The transition from industrial polyurea floor coatings to the do-it-yourself garage floor coating was at the request of our installers. On numerous occasions our certified installers were approached by home owners who have been searching for a do-it-yourself version of our industrial based polyuera floor coating system. Being the manufacture of the product made this an easy transition. Reformulating the industrial version to allow the home owner more time to work with the product and the patented “Rock Solid System” allowing for a safe etch acid alternative for the concrete preparation. In conjunction with the unique formulations, an instructional DVD was produced and is included in each kit to assist the home owner with their Rock Solid Floor installation.
